Purpose Before Profits
Profit is important, but it’s not the most important thing
The evidence is compelling, businesses that are driven by purpose and making an impact in the world actually outperform their peers. That is not to say that they don’t focus on profit but rather whilst every day the strive to make money the reason they exist is to deliver on their purpose.
